Campaign Merchandise Notice
Purchases of campaign merchandise constitute a political contribution to Philippe Cicchini for Michigan State Senate. Contributions are subject to Michigan campaign finance limits and reporting requirements. Contributions are not deductible for federal or state income tax purposes. Michigan law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of contributors whose total contributions exceed applicable thresholds. Contributions may only be made by individuals using their own funds. Corporate contributions, labor organization contributions, and contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. By completing a purchase, you affirm that you are eligible to contribute under Michigan law and that this contribution is made using your own personal funds.
Refund Policy
Campaign merchandise purchases are treated as political contributions. As a result, refunds may be limited or unavailable once a contribution has been reported, except in cases of fulfillment error or defect.
